# Exclure un spectacle ou une représentation des envois de courriels

## Il est désormais possible d’exclure une représentation spécifique des envois de courriels de rappel et d’après-spectacle.

Lors de la création ou de la modification d’un événement, activez l'option *Exlure des envois courriels* permet de sélectionner précisément les représentations que l’on souhaite retirer de ces communications automatisées (Exemple événement non daté, carte de membre, etc).

Cette fonctionnalité offre une plus grande flexibilité en permettant d’exclure certains spectacles ou représentations particulières des envois courriel, selon les besoins de votre programmation ou de votre stratégie de communication.

**Accédez à l'événement via l'étoile, puis à l'onglet *représentation* pour activer cette fonction. **
