# Annuler une carte-cadeau

## Votre client a perdu sa carte-cadeau? Il en a acheté une par erreur? Voici comment annuler une carte-cadeau.

Dans le cas où une carte-cadeau aurait été perdue, volée, ou émise par accident, vous pourriez vouloir l’annuler. Vous avez simplement à : 

- Retrouver la réservation correspondante dans la loupe. [Voici comment faire](https://faq.tuxedosolution.com/fr/knowledge/consulter-une-reservation-de-carte-cadeau?hsLang=fr).
- Cliquer sur le bouton *Annuler la carte-cadeau*, au bas de la page.

Vous pouvez annuler une carte-cadeau qui n'a pas été activée. 

Vous pouvez aussi annuler une carte-cadeau avec solde. Dans ce cas, **n'oubliez pas d'aller dans le panier pour rembourser votre client**, ou lui émettre une nouvelle carte-cadeau (dans le cas où elle aurait été perdue ou volée).
