## Vous avez publié votre événement dans la mauvaise salle! Pas de panique, il y a toujours une solution!

**Rassurez-vous! Pas besoin de recréer votre événement de nouveau!** 2 solutions s'offrent à vous si vous avez fait une telle erreur selon si vous avez fait des réservations ou non dans cette représentation.

#### 1. Aucune réservation n'a été faite pour cette représentation

Si vous venez tout juste de publier votre représentation lorsque vous remarquez l'erreur, vous pouvez [**contacter l’équipe Tuxedo**](https://share.hsforms.com/10BLYgHp9RC6lkCmM603cHg5i8s4) et nous demander de dépublier votre représentation. En la dépubliant, vous aurez accès à la modifier! 

**❗ ATTENTION**

La manœuvre sera possible seulement s’il n’y a eu **AUCUNE** **transaction** d’effectuée dans l’événement. Cela comprend **les blocages** et même **les réservations annulées**.

#### 2\. Des réservations ont été faites dans le mauvais plan de salle 😱

Dans le cas où vous auriez effectué uneréservation dans le mauvais plan de salle, nous vous recommandons de simplement :

- **Modifier la date** de la représentation pour une date fictive improbable (ex. 31 janvier à 23h59)
- **Fermer la représentation** ayant la mauvaise salle
- **Créer une nouvelle représentation dans la bonne salle!**

**Vérifiez toujours la Salle de votre représentation avant de publier!** Comme c'est le seul élément qui ne peut être changé une fois l'événement publié, prenez le temps de vérifier ce paramètre.
